Still no effective date of R/S in 8k. The filing states the company filed an amendment and the amendment, listed in exhibit 3.1, does not list a specific effective date (which is optional). The exhibit states that the effective date must not be 90 days later than the certificate's filing date.

So, the company has until about March 5, 2015 to execute the R/S. Considering the company is currently in super-secret negotiations per Mr. Vasquez, this filing appears to be nothing more than keeping their options open for another 3 months. The R/S may or may not actually happen., IMHO.
