That does not equate. A breathalizer tests your blood/alcohol content. What I interpret you to saying is that people should be busted based on the quality of the pot not quantity, also it seems that you are assuming that possession = DWI. Kind of like being busted with vodka is worse than being busted with beer. The only kits cops will have will be to test if there is cannabis present; not the levels of it. I wish they would use our kits but it seems highly unlikely.
