You two may be jumping the gun a little. Benny did say only three note holders left. Looking through the last couple of 8k, seems January, and February would be the due dates.
We should have fcbd, marks money, magika revs, factoring (possibly), diamond revs, etc to carry us through to the gsl launch. Lets not get to down on ourselves, we just had a nice little run, and we will see another. Until that time (gsl) just have cheddar ready, and play the waves/
