Not the point,the point is they release LYING BS PR not as forward looking statements in PR but as FACT that the deal is DONE. That's FRAUD pure and simple.

He pulls this crapola on EVERY ticker people and then after he SUCKERS the GULLIBLE he pulls one of his patented 1 for 100 reverse splits. There's one of those coming to this FRAUD ASAP!!!
