GREAT NEWS Today! I found this in a filing. I'd expect a PR soon.

Orthophoenix has asserted the '138 and '672 patents, among other patents, against Stryker. Defendant Wright Medical Inc. petitioned for inter partes review ("IPR") of the '138 and '672 patents. 1 Stryker did not seek to join in either of the IPR petitions. In both decisions, the PTAB denied institution of IPR because the petitioner failed to show a reasonable likelihood
that it would prevail with respect to any of the challenged claims.

Indeed, the only two patents-in-suit specifically identified in Stryker's antitrust counterclaim are the '138 and '672 patents.

IMO this will probably kill the counterclaim.
