Well, a quick assessment is, that claims don't have to be processed by a third party and collected before payment, subject to acceptance of a work comp claim, but an agreement between the vendor and the insurance company usually states that payment for claims will be processed in an agreed upon time period, usually 30 to 60 days... therefore the company knows upon dispensing that payment is coming from adjudicated claims from the insurance processor...
