SS - your comments are again very general and lack specificity about any facts relating to FASC as a scam. Yes they have not filed and that is why they have the caveat emptor designation by NASDAQ. This alone doesn't make any one company a scam. In fact, there is mounting information regarding sales that have taken place and new sales in the pipeline. Are you saying this is inaccurate or false in some way?
