Good news--at least we know that Marcum is still working on the financials and they are still in contact with Wang!

Sent an email yesterday to Bernstein with some questions about legal counsel situation and because it is a subject that he cannot provide answers for, he assured me that he would forward the email to his associate in China who in turn would forward the email to Wang. Well, today I received a confirmation from his Chinese associate stating that my email had been forwarded to Wang.

Even though Wang does not understand any English (or maybe by now after four years he might have learned some English) I hope that knowing that the email came from Marcum Bernstein with the blessing of Bernstein himself maybe he will decide to come out in the open and inform the shareholders as to what is happening right now. Wang's failure to issue a PR is an appalling situation which he should correct immediately.
