Green Kingdom Energy isn't on the books......why?

VSPC owns half, not just the executuves.

The PR from May said VSPC was a 50/50 partner. Doesn't that qualify as an asset? Or at least a subsidiary like VGE use to be? I didn't see anything about GKE in the Q2 or Q3 filing. Did anyone?

Is there a CPA that could explain the absence of GKE in VSPC filings?

May 28, 2014 - Walnut, California - VIASPACE Inc. (OTCQB: VSPC) today announced that Energía Reino Verde (English translation “Green Kingdom Energy”), the company that will own and operate the 12 MW biomass power plant to be co-located with a 2,100 acre Giant King Grass (GKG) plantation in Nicaragua has signed a contract on May 23rd with PELICAN SA of Managua, Nicaragua to conduct a formal feasibility study of the project. PELICAN focuses on developing, building and operating renewable energy projects in Nicaragua and the region, including biomass, hydroelectricity and solar.

Energía Reino Verde is a 50-50 partnership of VIASPACE and prominent Nicaraguan partners. VIASPACE CEO Dr. Carl Kukkonen also serves as president of Energía Reino Verde.

It reminds me of Seema owning 53% of the 90MW plant in Thailand.......that didn't exist. See page 3.
