The problem is we don't know where the bottom is. Close to 80% of shares are owned by insiders. The 10 Billion Share increase has been out for 2 months not sure how much more we drop, unless we see actual dilution the shares are just authorized not issued. The other factor is of course the unknown . . contracts deals acquisitions. I believe we are going to see a major deal. There are about 4.5 billion shares scheduled for debt. That does not come do until next July. I believe
