CNBC talking if we get stabilization in Crude, Market will continue to rally, perhaps but one thing for sure it will be volatile in the near term because of a degree of uncertainty. The way I play TVIX is flip flip flip when volatility is at large. If markets are calm or in a steady uptrend wait till the vix is around 12 or lower and buy TVIX then sit back and wait for the next hiccup it will be around sooner or later.
