"Buy into" implies believing in something which would be an investment mistake. I sometimes gamble on penny stock, one of which is STBV. Putting 10K into a penny stock expecting to get rich is foolish.

Think of a penny stock as investing dessert. It should never be more than 5% of your portfolio. Full disclosure: I have 2K in STBV which, when combined with other speculative investments, is no where near 5% of my portfolio. I'm happy to lose that money, just as anyone who plays the penny stocks should be.
