No, the change would be primarily because it is common for execs who start companies to not have the requisite skills and background to take the company to the next level. And to this end, it would not surprise me one bit if TUTs (should they decide to throw their collective weight around) eventually see BS’ lack of pharma industry background (his career prior to SCRC was as a headhunter) as being an obstacle to unlocking and maximizing shareholder value.

Creating a vision is one thing, but successfully executing on that vision is a completely different beast. Some who are skilled at one may not be the most skilled/suited to be successful at the other. Nothing unique to BS/SCRC...

Thank you CHP. This was ALL I was trying to say. It is very common for the founders to get their companies to a specific place and then bring in someone who can take it to the next level. My point was that if Bob can continue on the current path, then great. Stay. But if we are still at a low PPS with record revenue, EPS and the Street not knowing who we are by Q2 of 2015, then yes, you would have to discuss bringing in someone to be the "Face" of the company and their existence at the company would be selling to the Street and institutional investors.

I don’t blame them though. After all, who bites the hand that feeds them? BS Schneiderman is the one who gave away 28M shares of 0.00 and 0.05 PIPE stock to them so why wouldn’t they love BS to death? If BS goes, that just means their gravy train comes crashing to a grinding halt…

I guess this would explain the furious replies and petty name calling towards me for suggesting any type of change.
