Here's a better idea: lets try to murder Castro [is he still alive?] with a bigger cigar. We tried it once, it failed, but I'm sure we can now succeed,[try, try, try again]

Or, drop a bomb on his head via a drone. Or nuke the whole island. That'll get him and millions of others.

And we wonder why so many around the world hate us.
