That I don't disagree with. That is ALWAYS a possibility with penny stocks. It's the reasoning behind the suggestion, and the implied "facts" that that I disagree with. The company has been mismanaged. We can all agree on that and don't need a rocket scientist to confirm it. The implications that Dr. Victor is somehow involved with deliberately causing this is ridiculous.
