If Leo can prove that the standard of care for ABSSSI (Vancomycin) can be beaten with a single or 2 day dosing of B that would put B at the top of the Physicians drug list for treatment options.

Efficacy in one dose, no resistance lower capital costs and 100% compliance would tell the FDA that B has arrived and is the new drug of choice.

The other indications for B will follow in due time
