What we've heard is it's going to have pics and be about Allendale. Best guess-- ground breaking!

What we do know is Thunderbolt was given a three month construction window. Going by the pr it ends
Jan 14.

IMHO-- when their external construction is done (structure is up, sided, and roofed) we can begin.
Gator posted a pic from last week and their structure is up. It would take 1-2 weeks to enclose it, from my experience. So my best and honest guess is if not next week then probably the first week of 2015.
