So obvious PPS has formed a bottom at $0.0040. True PPS did drop to around $0.0037 a few times but only lasted minutes before popping back up. Even the number of shares available in the high 3's were not that many at all. I bought some at $0.0039 but was only able to buy around 100,000 shares. There is a somewhat big ask wall that keeps popping up at $0.0041 around 1.4 million shares. I suspect even these 41's will be gone by early Thursday morning.
