Not Filing Through the SEC...

The SEC is there to protect the market and shareholders...It concerns me when MJNA does not file through the SEC but files "Alternative Reporting"

Why?

If a company is Above Board then why "hide" from getting the SEC's approval and therefore passing that Confidence to Shareholders...Everyone will See that MJNA has SEVERE Problems...
