It's a complete joke. Joel took a picture of some blueprints with his cell phone and decided that investors were dumb enough to think that he is actually going to build that milling plant. I really think he has run out of ideas. He holds his investors in such low regard that he thought he could sell a few more shares by uploading it as a "filing" supplement.
