Even more it extends in already massive float. I believe this will get bought out within a year. They would be very lucky to get 35 cents a share with the mass amount the directors and now this company holds. Make no mistake Luis doesn't give a rats ass about shareholders. When it's all said and done 35 cents a share would be what now? A 60 million dollar buyout?
