Dark? I saw a couple posts today and although early AM the 3's were blasted my whacks they survived and not only did the support at 3's survive it nearly regained its mass COMPLETELY by end of day.
And the 4's EOD were getting smacked on the ask as well.
How much more strength does a ticker need to show?
Major support has been wiped out and rebuilt and was NOT wiped out again.
Nearly the entire AS has traded over 3 in the past 2 weeks.
2 solid weeks of relatively HIGH volume hasn't diminished.
This is holding gains of 300-400% from just two weeks ago where it was at or near no bid for the better part of a month!
FB is being posted to with regular photos, messages, details for anyone to follow.
Major news is just less than a week away!
And if you believe it's about shares well guess again. Share structure, buy back, retirement of shares has all been discussed in previous press and won't begin until 2015! And let's face it, that's not news any longer since its been news already.
Who really thinks Rico is about to slit his own throat? Announce major news on the morning of Christmas Eve and if it's not MAJOR then he's done. Many traders let BS go eventually but not if it's BS on such a major holiday that's all about goodwill towards others. He best have solid major news or he knows 200% well that it's game over - no ceo is that foolish if you ask me. If he just wanted PPS up he would have played out news for this week not Christmas Eve.
Here's my thoughts.
He knew all debt/notes were converted thus the debt free news.
Now how do u make damn certain to give loyal shareholders a real nice gift on a major development when you know there are a good amount of shares out there recently converted? Announce news coming in 3 weeks time (great news why not make it about the holiday and set it as the 24th). Now with this development buyers come in and add major volume soaking up every last converted share. Then as this occurs announce an AS reduction, since you won't need to issue further shares since a major deal you as an insider know about is inked.......add in more volume and suck up more of those conversion. Now let the converters dump the last remaining of their shares into the bid.
Oh my!
Now EVERY share converted is in the float.
Company has days before major news is to be released.
No dilution into news.
PPS will SKYROCKET on a major development/deal here guys and gals.
Just imagine what happens when debt is not only paid off but converted shares are already converted and THEN news hits of a major deal??!?!?
This is planned so that LOYAL shareholders will have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
