So Shapiro is going to lock up his shares
FOR THREE YEARS in hopes that this stOck
stays this low???

This makes NO SENSE to me! NO SENSE
AT ALL!

So where is his vested interest in this to
not see the company do well? He's stuck in
his locked up preferred shares FOR THREE
YEARS. No one and I mean...NO ONE is going
to be that stupid to be part of anything if
it were a scam! Who knowingly would do that?

That would be like him saying: I can't wait
for the SEC to come bust us because not only
is this a scam but I'm on record for having
my shares locked up THREE YEARS so they can
implicate me in this! Oh goodie! Even though
I thought of that possible outcome through
I still want to get caught once and for all.

YEAH RIGHT! I DON'T THINK SO!!!

I don't think he would. He has way too much
at stake NOT to see this sucessful! And so
do everyone else...CEO INCLUDED!
