Just some of the revisions requested. The norm comments, and the immediate dilution of sp for the investors who would pay 1$ per share. It just seems to me like someone who is involved in a "larger entity" feels their need to throw their weight around pointlessly and waste ppl time
The fact that pgcx needs to revise the dilution factor bothers me some, it just seems to be a major "stone busting" with endless delays. They should just say your share price may dilute to the current selling price and be done with it
