I have long felt that if he take the shares and then R/S what is left (not much) he still comes out with a LOT of shares after the split. Then, just like us... can he make that new higher price rise or just begin a new round of dilution. He could take the shares, dump them to cover as much of his loan as possible and then R/S. (Sure screwed us on that....)

I don't begrudge him his money owed at all.... but... how he gets paid for it could be a major sticking point for me.
