Sounds to me like the tangible assets and liabilities have been figured out. Not going to jump in head first without knowing you still retain all the copyrights and patents. Probably going to take some time but progress heading in the right direction. At this stage must feel it's clean or why continue dumping money in the exploratory process? If they feel the tangible side is solid need to make sure ownership of the intellectual side is too.
