Many people would. However let me ask a question to the group here. Would we rather, if all other things were equal:
1.) Continue to trade on the OTC at .20 with 1 Bil authorized shares, with no institutional investments allowed, not be part of any funds, not be taken as seriously.
or
2.) Uplist to the Nasdaq, with a 10:1 R/S to get the price to 2$ with 100 MIl authorized shares, allowing institutional investments to happen, increase liquidity in our positions, be included in different funds and ETF's. ??

Honestly we want to get off the OTC... we've outgrown this financial tool. It treated us well, but it's time to go.

Don't get me wrong, a RS with no other changes would not be beneficial. However an RS to get us into the NASDAQ? I'm 200% for it, IF, IF I repeat it is required to get us there.
