Everything was filed and provided all the PR's that were released and pointed out specifically that there is no office in Palm Springs, CA and no employees were hired and that no update was ever provided as to if the direction changed since it would be considered false and misleading statements made otherwise.

The SEC can try to validate the others and if in fact they have revenues as reported since they are unaudited financials. We shall see what they come up with but the Palm Springs issue is big enough to suspend this pending further investigation and possibly move to greys IMHO as I have seen it happen to others for far less. They will most likely comb through everything since last January and act accordingly.
