Guys there is no big deal when it comes to air quality permits. I have built several homes and businesses in Arizona, they give those permits out all the time. It's 75 bucks. It is required when you are controlled burning or if you intend to move 10% or more of earth on your property. All it means is you need to have a water truck or source readily available to keep the dust down. Air quality permits are a joke and Joel will have no issues to obtain them.... jmo
