*The "automated production process" (namely; the proprietary microreactor tech, custom-developed for QMC by A2F) you speak of is currently 'patent-pending'...meaning that the patent application has been filed & the USPTO is in the process of vetting the claims...as-is normal.

*I don't know where you're getting your 'global-freeze' info from but it appears to be erroneous...as far as I can tell, no such restriction exists...it is most certainly trading in the US & Canada (both are part of the global community), and it appears as though it is acknowledged as being tradable by ft.com, in your own neighborhood across-the-pond: http://markets.ft.com/research/Markets/Tearsheets/Summary?s=QTMM:QBB
