Whats concerning me now is the ask is not where the dilutions coming from , Its from people sitting on bid. The ask doesnt move and the bid keeps getting knocked down. That 5.6 million retail CSTI sitting at .001 is hiding others from the same MM I saw 2 3 and 1.1 million under it.
