We have 5 dec trading taking place. Only traders have 5 dec trades. Broker/dealers all have 6+ dec trading. This has been taking place for years. Although the new display rule has been delayed from Nov 15 to Jan 15, soon everyone will be able to see 6 dec. That doesn't mean traders will be able to trade more than 4 dec without a broker assisted order.
