You are correct and too many people lost on REDG over the last few weeks so their only way to make it up is to short it now and bash via third party (such as this article) to make it back fast. He says he doesn't own or short REDG, yet who knows who he is spreading the word for...

There are a lot of people employed in the pumping and bashing of stocks, especially pennies...

and he says he has spread that site before on other boards... Why be such a pumper for a stock site??? It makes no sense unless you get something out of it... or are related to the site in some way.
