I agree. The NP1 was a bridge. The industry removed that bridge when they began incorporating H.265 support directly into smart tv's. Last year, I remember looking at the UHD TV's and wondering why anyone would want to buy them. Literally, no content, and the H.264 coded supported fat data pipelines that just made it unrealistic to incorporate into the TV's. You had to use a bridge device and set up parallel HDMI cables to utilize the full 2160p data stream. Impractical, clunky and just not fully supported by the industry.

Today we have UHD smart TV's at reasonable prices, supporting the proper codecs, but with limited UHD content.

I think it's very reasonable to assume NTEK is going to push the Ultraflix app and continue negotiating content deals; all hands on board once Sony and Vizio firmwares are pushed out.

From an M&A perspective, this company is starting to look promising. The next 12 months will be a do-or-die run for the company. I think they're working on establishing a beachhead into content delivery, and I like what I'm seeing and hearing.
