I am the holder of patents, myself...and not an legal expert, in any way, but I wanted to give a quick response to the poster that thought he might be posting a PR from EDXC, in hopes of putting ERBB down...

In reality, he elicited a response that should bolster the proprietary rights credibility of ERBB, while potentially harming those investors in EDXC by giving notice of potential legal challenges down the road...

Furthermore, I do not have PM capabilities, and cannot respond to your PMs... If anyone wants to repost the DD, then you can take that responsibility upon yourself...

And, in response to another statement...

I would think, as always, when buying stocks that the "buyer beware" statement applies... AJMHO, of course, along with Robert Tomassi's patent claims, FWIW
