1. There is more than one process patent. Which one are you referring to?
2. The CEO is on record as targeting January 15, 2015.
3. Clearly it is private because there are details the two companies have not wanted to share to date. If memory serves, the disclosed cost for the Bayer patents was in the neighborhood of $137,000 as noted in a recent filing.
Guidance for the future:
- refer to QMC's CEO as a genius or the next Steve Jobs;
- quote an old press release 3 or 4 (or even 5 or 6) times;
- say that displays are low margin and that there are an unlimited number of other applications for our vastly superior tetrapod (or thick shell or_______) QD's;
- trash Nanoco, Dow, and QD Vision, though Nanosys & 3M are okay;
- blame the share price on market manipulation by those evil shorts or market makers;
- proclaim that QTMM deserves a significantly greater market capitalization;
- encourage others that sales are coming soon or next year;
- accept that the technology is beyond your comprehension, it must be because QMC's scientists are a "Dream Team" of braniacs;
- attempt to rhyme or add a mindless sound bite professing your loyalty to your investment in QMC;
- mention you have a "reliable" source or better yet, you own some private placement shares;
- share the response from your email to a QMC employee and don't forget to mention how honorable and ethical they are;
- misrepresent the float as really low and reassure others that the money is flowing from weak to strong hands.
This should keep you in good standing!
