I don't know what it used to be, but if you read the posts of the doctor, it is currently $80,- to break even offshore (I asume this is an average).
That means, like all the articles say these days, that everything will be shelved what is below the current treshold of commerciality.
So normally there should be no interest at this offshore maiden property. But obviously there is, we learn now... that is the good news.
Also good that ERHC is keeping the 100% other block for the moment, and our 15% part in yet another EEZ block.
