I think the MM's are just trying to keep the pps rational for all of the MJ stocks. They probably got burned and scolded by FINRA and the SEC for letting the sector run so much last year to where so many MJ stocks had crazy valuations that would take them years, if ever, to justifiably reach. Lots of folks lost tons of money when the bubble burst last spring and they probably are being cautious trying to keep things in check.

If earnings justify a rational higher price, I think we'll see a pop. Next year should see some steady big increases in pps assuming the earnings are good, but we may have to wait for quarterly financials to take each step. In between, we'll probably be range bound at higher and higher levels. Patience folks JMO
