It might be but I'm not sure how the FDA looks at matters such as this. I suppose it could have been argued that "the product" has nothing to do with Celprogen, so they're indeed independent. That argument disappears when Sharma decides Celprogen's going take a piece of the action (whatever that might be) in lieu of payment for the testing. The speculation is, Celprogen made that decision because MNZO had no funds to pay for the testing. Accordingly, Celprogen then has a vested interest in the testing results being positive. It would be nice to know the details of the relationship between Manzo and Sharma, MNZO and Celprogen. I have a hard time believing Sharma would risk Celprogen's reputation by skirting the FDA's code-of-conduct to help a bankrupt, Pink Sheet, penny stock.
