I reviewed filings, takes many hours and a clear head with a headache later ... I think PSS had plans all along to take over company via CCE with "default" on 2.6 mm loan and is absolutely my own theory so will wait to see where this plays out because, I can, it's my money and my decision.
Anyone with any doubts or questions, sit down and dredge through filings taking it one paragraph at a time - it can be done, reads like a book if you start in 2010 and read through each (not taking snippets to prove a point, read from beginning recommended to all)
