When customers order from me (on eBay or elsewhere) they get an immediate confirmation and items are ALWAYS shipped within 48 hours with a tracking number.

Twelve days to a confirmation of shipment and tracking info is pretty poor, but still within standard limits 14 days is usually the max.

If anyone was to order an item from Hop-on it is very safe if you use your credit card and PayPal to do the transaction. PayPal will refund you for items not shipped or damaged on receipt or if item is far from description.

I only use PayPal.

I am going to order something this week, I will post updates regarding the process.

If PayPal is not accepted as a mode of payment I will not be purchasing anything.
