The reinstatement had to be done to accommodate the legal process of closing the business of the Nevada property, we assume to allow the Delaware entity to become an empty shell, ripe for a merger.

One of our posters has intensely researched that legal area and is confident that the reinstatement and the subsequent closing was a part of the legal process of mergers.

You'll have to take it up with him.

As it is, many here are comfortable with the legal ramifications of it all.
