I cant believe that frankie and johnnie and FC would want any thing to do putting this NOL on the FC Books that can be point to over the next 10 years or so.
Then every body can point out that FC colluded with the FDIC and the OCC to steal a Bank in Colorado and got caught................with their hands in the till, Then you could see the demise of FC Bank as it is known today.
