Realistically where do I think VHUB will go? Well that depends on many factors such as:
Growth - sales (strong distribution chain), acquisitions, margin, earnings
Industry - will the hype go on? How's the over-all market, industry, sector?
share structure - will the company dilute, convert debt to equity, split forward or backwards, increase A/S
Debt - In order for growth to happen, they either have to hire a massive sales or for acquire new companies, that means debt. Will the debt be paid by them through profit or the share holders? Most of the time share holders so expect dilution some point in the distant future. I'm predicting May.
Management- Quality of management, is management in this for the long run? What's their experience, education, background?
Uniqueness/Trend - How are they different than most companies in their industry? Will their trend continue? (Think about Apple and the IPod Mp3 Player - it was different, unique, easy to use, stylish)d
Quality - Are the products real quality and will it maintain the test of time?
If all goes well, and if share structure doesn't change, you can gauge PPS based on previous resistances. All you have to do is go back to the weekly chart and look at the 20MA, 50MA, 200MA, and resistances between those moving averages. I'll provide a chart later to explain what I mean.
Short term target is still 10 cents within a few months.
Let's focus on the present, follow price action of the near future, and have faith in the company
