Your condescension is palpable, but I will attempt an answer anyway. :)

I don't know any more than most, for starters. But what I have come to realize is that shorts are very well organized and more than likely have contingencies for every situation that will allow them to escape relatively unscathed. As people have been trumpeting the 'DELIST' mantra for months now, don't you think shorts felt warned sufficiently to enact an action plan for any upcoming delisting?

Who knows if or when shorts will be forced to cover? I have seen no credible claims to date as to exactly when they'll be forced to cover, but I have seen theories. I concur that the naked shorting has not been corrected. Basically, I'll believe it when I see it. Despite the manipulation which we all believe to be occurring, if the product is as great as we all believe it is, ANY will break free of the manipulation eventually upon great revenue reports, or great contracts announced.

If we really are longs, then why are people lamenting the current share price? We all know this stock will have high volatility, yet when it occurs some freaking out still occurs. Dell, Novarad, yada yada. We all believe the ducks are lined up and the stock is primed for huge vertical moves, but the people who are supposed to take us to the next level (the Street) obviously need to be shown the truth on a quarterly report, or otherwise.

If you're looking for a reason from me as to the current doldrums, my best guess is that the manipulators see money to be made from a bunch of retail players who can be easily scared out of their shares in the uncertain times between supposedly great news and profitability. I'm just thankful there aren't options available as of yet for ANY, because that's a real playground for manipulators. I also agree with something else that we've both seen from Van (I'll defer to his much more experienced position), which I won't post here out of respect for him and his subscribers.

I'm just advocating patience and not being a Gio. And I'm not looking for an argument, thank you.

Ugh, sorry for the lengthy post.
