No, I am not shorting tmm. Haven't shorted any stocks in many years. And I still have my tmmi stock. No, you can't buy it from me so I'll go away.

What I would like to see is an honest tmm, which isn't the case right now. They have no legal license to anything I am aware of, they need to fix that situation. Making deals with the likes of Fernandez and Simpson will get them ZERO credibility with anyone who has been around very long. Trying to steal from private companies like Dimension also won't win them many friends among that 50-100 shareholders.

Should they settle this now? Of course, but as 4retire said that makes too much sense and would be out of character for them. Can they break out of that mold? Doubt it but it would be a refreshing change.
