See, that's what is pissing me off. For all they knew, I was just a new customer who was excited about their product. Why wouldn't they at least acknowledge my email?

"Thank you for your email, Phil. A variety pack for the holidays sounds like a wonderful idea but it is not executable at this time. I will certainly pass on your idea in hopes that we may be able to build one for the next holiday season. Best wishes."
