Hi SWB173 - Thanks for the kind words and you've hit it right on the nose. I've clearly posted that this is an "all or none" play. Yes, it could be a scam, but I've felt that it has left a trail IN PRINT that would hang them if they are a scam.

If they're not a scam, then we have at least a 10 bagger from here. But we do not have enough info to tell us FOR SURE that this really is what it is claimed, a r/e venture with huge potential.

As I often say, "there is a price to be paid for uncertainty." If we knew FOR SURE, that what the company says is true, that numbers add up and make sense, it would not be selling for what it is.

that's the risk and it's up to each of us to decide if we wish to take it for the potential reward.
