I agree,
We were all victims of financing someone's lifestyle. Frank was using our money for his personal pleasure and not using it wisely.
Go back and look at all the parties this guy threw with our money...Hey Frank, why don't you put that money towards the company instead of throwing parties? Can you imagine how much one party cost? I'd be willing to bet they were over $30K each. And those are the one's we know about.
I understand the need to build up PR, but you do that after you pay your bills.

I'm tired of this scam company. Fan is too little, too late. If he would have jumped in last year, I'd say there was a shot.
Someone suggested that there's a connection between Frank and Fan and this was their plan the whole time. Since Frank said his managment would never pull a RS, he got someone else to do it...I don't know if it's true, but it's possible IMO.

Fan does seem to want this company to succeed, but I think he inherited a dead horse and a lose-lose situation.

As investors, it is our responsibility to weigh the risks/rewards. However, we were lied to about the risks which is criminal.

Maybe if enough of us complained to the sec, they will take action.
