Well no shit Eric, its Christmas and you promised there would be no more of these until after the form 10 and maybe not even then....then you stack the shareholder stocking with dilution and tell us you already had this planned for Jan anyway.

You have been pulling the wool over everyone on this form 10 for months now, and promising its filing all the way back at Halloween.
